All young men are welcomed to attend this mentoring program irregardless of race or religion. We welcome diversity.
We believe that young men will emulate the men that take time to invest in them. Many are often in search for father figures especially when their father is absent from the home. CEMC places those figures before them and couple that with big brother / coach / uncle inspiration.
Oftentimes, when left to their own devices, young men begin to model different people in their neighborhoods who appear to be successful. The drug dealer, the gangsta rapper and the pimp.
Some young men become ambitious after realizing their athletic ability and latch hold to sports figures for inspiration. Only a select few make it to the pros. The young men who never invested into a plan B often return to their past hangouts, old friends and old habits.
We love music and we love sports and encourage any young man to pursue their goals and dreams, yet we are also teaching alternative ways of becoming successful such as in real estate or being an business owner.
INTRODUCTION / GOAL
You are invited to partner with our efforts to mentor young men. Allow us to be your hands and feet as we do this much needed work.
We are a team of men whose goal is to educate, inspire, motivate, encourage and steer young men, ages 15-35 years of age into directions that pivot away from a prison cell or an early grave. With various backgrounds in business, real estate, IT, fashion, music and motivation, we share a common goal of wanting to continually reach back and inspire.
WHO
- Sponsors may be a parent who wants to keep their son, who is doing well, on the right track.
- A grandparent who wants to keep their grandchild out of juvenile hall.
- A concerned adult who saw CEMC mentioned on social media and wants to have a hand in this.
- Someone who wants his group of friends to attend as a team so they can elevate together
- Anyone who is concerned about the constant shootings and killings of our young men
Mentoring topics will include: manhood, business, real estate, finances, credit, fatherhood, drug and alcohol abuse, health, the music industry, conflict resolution, police interaction, entrepreneurship and relationships.
In addition to teachings, there will be Q & A, group discussions and 1 on 1 time throughout the month. These young men’s hearts will be heard.
This will be an immersive, time consuming, yet great investment into our future.

COST
The cost to attend this month long mentorship (July 3 – 28, 2023) is $499.
EXPENSES
In addition to focusing on mentoring full-time, we have expenses as it pertains to hosting this program. Including, but not limited to: Marketing, tuitions, grants and gift packages for mentees.
